Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of ListGo. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app. Questions: hello@listgokw.com.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Don't create accounts to get around a suspension.

Your content

The places, lists, trips, photos and notes you add remain yours. By publishing or sharing them, you allow us to show them to the people you've shared them with, and to store and process them so the app works.

Only add photos and text you have the right to use, and don't upload anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, or that invades someone's privacy.

Usernames and impersonation

• Don't pretend to be another person, business or organisation.
• Don't pick a username designed to make people think you are someone else, including adding words like "official" or "support" to a name that isn't yours.
• We may reclaim, rename or release a username, especially when it impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is being held purely to resell.

Using the service properly

Please don't:

• Harass, threaten or spam other people.
• Scrape, copy or resell other people's content or the service itself.
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers.
• Use ListGo for anything illegal.

Reporting a problem

If you see content or behaviour that breaks these terms, contact hello@listgokw.com. We review reports and may remove content, rename or release a username, or suspend an account.

Paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and what's included will be shown before you pay, and payment, renewal, refunds and cancellation are handled by the app store you bought through, under their rules.

Availability

We work to keep ListGo running, but it is provided as is. Features can change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copy of anything important; the app can back up your lists and places to a file from Settings.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we're required to by law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ListGo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data, or for anything you rely on from a place, link or recommendation shown in the app. Information about places comes from you and from other people, and may be wrong or out of date.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page and, when the change is significant, tell you in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
