Common questions
How do I save a place from Instagram, TikTok or Google Maps?
Open the post or the place, tap Share, and choose ListGo. The name, photo and area are filled in for you; pick a list and tap Save. If ListGo isn't in the row of apps, scroll to the end, tap More, and switch ListGo on.
I didn't get my verification code.
Check the email address is spelled correctly and look in your spam folder. Codes expire after 5 minutes, and you can ask for a new one on the same screen.
How do I switch ListGo to Arabic?
Open Settings, then App, then Language. The whole app switches, right-to-left included.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your profile, tap Edit Profile, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all your places, lists, trips and photos, from our servers and from your phone. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Where is my data kept?
In your account, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Your places are private unless you share them. The privacy policy has the details.
Is ListGo on Android?
Not yet. ListGo is on iPhone first, and an Android version is planned.
